2016
Factory Founded · First Production Line
LANBO Sports established in Dongguan. Initial production line set up for neoprene wetsuit manufacturing — focused on professional wetsuits from day one.
2017
Full Product Line · In-House Laminating
Completed the full wetsuit product line covering diving, surfing, and triathlon. Installed in-house neoprene laminating capability for material control.
2018
Production Scaled · Advanced Sewing Introduced
Expanded sewing lines and introduced GBS and liquid seam sealing techniques. Capacity and consistency improved significantly.
2019
Facility Expansion · QC System Established
Expanded factory floor space. Established formal quality control system with multi-point inspection at every production stage.
2020
ISO 9001 Certified · Automated Cutting
Earned ISO 9001:2015 certification. Introduced automated CAD cutting machines for precision pattern cutting, reducing waste and improving accuracy.
2021–2023
10,000 SQM Facility · Full Integration
Relocated to current 10,000 SQM facility. Achieved full vertical integration — laminating, cutting, sewing, QC, and packing all under one roof.
2024–2025
Premium Materials · Yamamoto & Yulex Lines
Added Yamamoto limestone rubber and Yulex natural rubber processing capabilities. Monthly capacity exceeded 12,000 units. OEKO-TEX and BSCI certified.

10th Anniversary · Smart Manufacturing
LANBO's 10th Anniversary. Launching digital production management, real-time order tracking, and data-driven QC for next-level manufacturing precision.
